Coaching sessions are held virtually, which means we can work together wherever you are in the world.
Each session is a dedicated space for insight, reflection, and forward movement. I draw from attachment theory, somatic awareness, and parts-based frameworks to help you understand not just what you're doing — but why — and how to shift it.

About Your Coach
I'm Alexis — a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Relationship & Self-Worth Coach. I've spent years helping people understand the deeper architecture of how they love, how they see themselves, and what gets in the way of both.
My work is grounded in attachment theory, somatic practice, and inner child frameworks. In coaching, I bring that same depth of understanding to a goal-focused, growth-oriented container — supporting you in building insight, shifting patterns, and creating real change in how you experience yourself and your relationships.
